Why Seek Out a Coach?
If you are reading this webpage, you are likely asking yourself this very question. Are you at the point in your life where you feel the need to pause and to ask yourself "what's next?'". Do you remember being here before - maybe more than once? I certainly do. If you are like me, you probably just stumbled into "what's next". Or perhaps you were forced into it, denied it or just surrendered to it. Have you ever arrived on the other side of "what's next"" feeling wounded, angry, ashamed, grieving, or just relieved? What if it didn't have to be that way? What if you were able to move into your future with confidence, joy, passion and gratitude.
Here is my first coaching question for you.
What would your life look like if you consciously chose to create "what's next" ?
This is what I am suggesting you consider. If this choice sounds and feels powerful, it is! But consciously creating your life's journey requires help. There are no self-made men or women. Each of us stands on the shoulders of someone who has shown up for us! We can't always see or identify where this help is coming from, but if we are paying attention and can stand in humility, we know that we are supported in our journey.
I am offering to you that support, which includes a commitment to your agenda, your genius, your wholeness, your privacy and your magnificent journey.
What are you waiting for? What's next for you?

About Maryann Noble M. S., C.C.P.C.
After spending 23 years working in the world of academia, at the University of San Francisco, I was called to re-define myself, and the talents and gifts I have been given. Having worked extensively with adult students returning to college, I found real joy in helping them reinvent themselves while pursuing their dreams for the future.
My love of this transforming work me to my own “what’s next?” I knew the rehearsal was over, and that the next phase of my life was about to begin.
In 2006, I received my coaching training and official Certification (C.C.P.C.) from Coaches Training Institute In San Rafael, California. (www.the coaches.com) I am also a student of the Enneagram and I utilize it as a tool to help my clients to know themselves more fully. I am a member of the Lucid Living community and have studied with this organization for over six years. This work is particularly resonant for me as a coach because it focuses on stepping into more joyous responsibility for creating the life we dream of.
As a volunteer bereavement counselor with Hospice of Petaluma, I work to support parents who have lost children. This work has taught me that anyone can begin again and that to continue to do so is our only assignment.
Through these trainings, I am now lucky enough to be helping others explore and manifest their dreams and to step in to meaningful change by choice..

- A coach partners with you to re-imagine the life you dream of - one that aligns with your values.
- Rarely offers advice. Unlike a therapist or mentor, a coach works to energize you to create the future you and your highest self want.
- Helps you identify personal, business, and/or relationship goals, developing strategies and action plans.
- Holds you accountable, so if you agree to a plan to achieve a goal, a coach will help motivate you to complete your plan.
- Acts as a human mirror for you by sharing an outside and unbiased perspective on what they notice when talking to you.
- Offers you an opportunity to expand your perspective on who you are and where you want to go: To dream your dream!
- A safe and confidential place to examine and set goals
- A partnership committed to motivating and moving you towards achieving your personal best.
- A professional who works from your agenda, not theirs.
