Served in a consulting capacity and replacement for previous director.  Marketed and process applications for 31 different masters and doctorate programs. Reorganized the department, mapped and implemented a redesign workflow, implement the shift to online application review from a paper file systems for 15 different campus departments.  Assisted in restructuring the departments reporting structure and service agenda.

ACTING EXECTUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR REGIONAL CAMPUSES
UNIVERSITY OF SAN FRANCISCO
October 2004 – APRIL 2005 Served in a consulting capacity to originate and define a new university position to oversee and direct five regional full service campuses. Duties included conducting a nationwide search for a regional director for the Cupertino campus. Support in training and ongoing supervision of the campus during my six-month tenure.

DIRECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SAN FRANCISCO NORTH BAY CAMPUS
(1995-2003) College of Professional Studies.  Responsible for marketing, student recruitment and advising for eight CPS adult degree programs. Served as point person on locating, renovating, furnishing and staffing new 12,000 sq. ft. campus location.  Serve as site director including supervision, budget development, staff supervision, and faculty recruitment and facilities management.  Responsible for creating marketing plan and community liaisons. Oversee 500K annual budget.

DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CONFERENCES University of San Francisco, (1988 -1994).  Responsible for all non-credit and continuing education programming for the College of Professional Studies as well as all conference programming and operations of the Lone Mountain Conference Center.  Developed and directs the Paralegal Studies certificate program.  Supervises six full-time staff, 25 part-time faculty and 40 part-time students.

DIRECTOR OF CONFERENCE PROGRAMS Lone Mountain Conference Center, University of San Francisco, (1983-1987).  Responsible for the complete financial and physical operation of a full-service, residential conference center.  Duties include marketing, client negotiation, supervision of three full-time staff, and 40 part-time staff, budget development, capital improvements, and operational systems design.  Act as liaison and consultant to university offices and academic departments for conferences, workshop and training programs.

CONFERENCE/ CONTINUING EDUCATION COORDINATOR Dominican College, Division of Continuing Education, San Rafael, California. (1980-1983).  Responsible for initiating and programming credit and non-credit courses and workshops, as well as planning and facilitating summer conference programs.  Supervised an assistant coordinator, technical staff and student staff.  Negotiated and contracted with national and international organizations for use of college resources.

RESEARCH CONSULTANT Southern Pacific Railroad, Employment Department, San Francisco, California. (1979-1980).  Member of a three-person research team conducting a validity study of pre-employment selection procedures for entry-level craftsman.  Developed budget, selected sample from nine western locations, constructed behaviorally based evaluations and a basic reading skills test.  Validated measurement instruments and performed data analysis. Planned testing logistics and assisted in writing final reports.
